This is the first Short Sale being attempted through the partnership of Michael Hobach and Dusty Przybylka.  Dusty is new to Real estate, but you wouldn't know it from the information that he collects.

Dusty is marketing with post cards in the Milwaukee WI market.  This property comes to us through these efforts.

This particular property is located in a suburb of Milwaukee and the homeowners have been out of the property since July 2005.  The are now in Tennessee.

Dusty obtained an initial LOA from the homeowners sometime in January.  He submitted this LOA to the bank so that he could obtain a payoff quote - the first thing that you should do.  Once the homeowners realized that there was nothing that they could do, they decided to sell us the property realizing that they could at least repair their credit.  We prepared the required paperwork and sent it overnight to the homeowners and received it back within the following week.
